Innovation Jam is a three-day sprint where engineers and product teams come together to experiment, prototype and share ideas. The goal was to create an identity that felt energizing, developer-driven and distinct from other internal programs.

I built the identity around the AI and tech theme, drawing inspiration from engineering culture. Neon colors against dark backgrounds brought a futuristic edge, while typography inspired by the rhythm of code gave the identity a distinctly developer feel. I also created a flexible visual toolkit with logo lockups, typography, colors and templates, giving teams the freedom to create their own materials while keeping everything cohesive.
